Cotton Eyed Joni 2003 mare by Mr Eye Opener SI 106 out of Mr. Big Wheel mare SI 107, Go On Joan SI 106.  Cotton Eyed Joni has had some tough luck as to her production record through no fault of her own. Her 2007 foal was resold to a Mexican agent  and I believe was only match raced there. The same agent bought her 2008 colt by Apollo TB. Unfortunately we can't prove that the top speed she has on top and bottom has carried through but it must have since the same agent arranged to buy her Ausual Suspect foal prior to it's birth. Unfortunately the baby was breech and we had to sacrifice the foal. Cotton Eyed Joni had to have surgery to repair the extensive damage and we rested her in 2010. She is now back in foal to Tres Seis,SI 97, a champion racehorse winning $856,901. More important he is top producer of runners for several  yrs and the sire of 25 stakes horses and over $8,570,000 total earnings and crosses successfully with Dash For Cash bloodlines. Hopefully this 2012 foal will be purchased by someone who will race it in the USA for official track records. It will have the bloodlines for a big time runner.
